This announcement DOES NOT APPLY to applicants who have directly contacted the university and:

— completed a written application addressed to the Rector;
— submitted their personal documents to the Admissions Committee of Kokand University;
— received a “RECEIPT” from the Admissions Committee confirming the submission of their documents;
— received a tuition agreement from the relevant contract processing department.

This announcement is intended only for applicants who have not completed all admission procedures or have not yet submitted their personal documents to the Admissions Committee.

If you have been recommended for admission to Kokand University, you should submit the following documents as soon as possible:

— Application — completed at the university in the prescribed form and addressed to the Rector.
— Copy of your passport — with the original presented for verification.
— Diploma or certificate — original document together with its supplement(s).
— Language proficiency certificate (if available).

Recommendation: Please bring your required documents to Kokand University as soon as possible!

If your documents are not entered into the HEMIS information system, your student status will not be fully formalized.
