Iskandar Yuldashev, Director of Strategy and Planning at Kokand University, participated in an international scientific workshop organized by NORCA at Lund University, Sweden.

As part of the event, Iskandar Yuldashev delivered a presentation entitled “From Expansion to Accountability: Uzbekistan’s Higher Education Transformation, 2016–2026.”

The presentation provided an overview of the key reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan’s higher education sector, with particular attention to university autonomy, the quality of education, and opportunities for strengthening international cooperation.
