Dear faculty members and students!

We invite you to participate in the Kokand University stage of the large-scale Republican scientific and educational competition “Reforms Expert”, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Culture, the Youth Affairs Agency, the Academy of Sciences, and the Academy of Arts!

The competition is organized to raise awareness of the socio-political and economic reforms being implemented in our country, strengthen the ideological resilience of young people, and enhance their creative activity and political culture.

The competition will be held in the following five categories:

For teaching staff of higher education institutions:

• “Most Active Promoter of National Ideas and Spirituality”;

• “Best Department for Spiritual and Educational Affairs”;

• “Best Tutor”;

• “Most Active Chairperson of the Women’s Advisory Council”.

For students of higher education institutions:

• “Most Active Promoter of Reforms”.

Competition Stages and Deadlines

The competition will be held in two stages.

The Kokand University stage consists of the first stage — submission and selection of applications until October 12.

Applications will be accepted online by the Department for Supporting Talented Students and Startup Projects.

The second stage will be held on October 15.

Based on the results of the competition, the winner with the highest score in each category will be entitled to participate in the Republican stage of the competition.

Winners of the Republican stage will receive cash prizes.
