Lutfillo Mamanovich Abdunazarov, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences and Acting Professor, has been appointed Head of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education at Kokand University.

L. Abdunazarov graduated from Fergana State University in 1998 with a degree in Geography. In 1999–2000, he began his professional career at the same university as a teacher-researcher.

Throughout his professional career, L. Abdunazarov served as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the Department of Geography of Kokand State Pedagogical Institute. He also worked as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography for Academic Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Activities, Head of the Department of Geography and Fundamentals of Economic Knowledge, and Associate Professor.

Since 2025, L. Abdunazarov has been engaged in teaching and academic activities as an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of Kokand University.
