A representative of Kokand University has been awarded a 100% grant to participate in an international professional development programme in China.

The selection process for candidates to participate in the international professional development programme “Education Quality Management and International Best Practices”, to be held in Chengdu, the People’s Republic of China, has been successfully completed within the framework of a grant programme provided by the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA) and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A total of 442 candidates submitted applications to participate in this grant programme. In order to identify the most qualified participants, the selection process was conducted in three stages.

Following the results of the selection process, 10 education quality specialists who achieved the highest results were awarded full, 100% grants.

It is particularly noteworthy that Jasurbek Muhammadjonov, Head of the Department for Education Quality Control at Kokand University, successfully passed all stages of the selection process and was selected among the grant recipients.
