CRITERIA FOR SELECTING PEDAGOGICAL STAFF

 The selection process is based on a 100-point evaluation system:

Note 1: In some cases, additional requirements may be imposed by mutual agreements of grants or exchange programs. Fulfilling these requirements is a primary obligation and is not included within the points system.

Note 2: Travel expenses can be financed in four ways: through grants, university funds, personal funds, or a combination of these. A commission may be established to decide internal funding.

Participation in the professional development program requires payment covering accommodation, program fees, meals, and transportation.
