Note 1: In some cases, additional requirements may apply according to the specific terms and conditions of the grant or exchange agreement. Fulfilment of such additional requirements is considered a priority obligation and is not included in the point-based evaluation system.
Note 2: Travel may be financed in 4 different ways: through a grant, by the university, at personal expense, or through mixed financing. A relevant committee may be established to make decisions regarding internal financing.
