Academic Mobility (for staff) within the Erasmus+ ICM Program
Kokand University → Academy of Social and Media Culture, Toruń (Poland)

1. General Information

In accordance with the Regulation “On the procedure for selecting students and staff within the Erasmus+ ICM program,” Kokand University announces a call for academic mobility.
This mobility is implemented under the Erasmus+ KA171 project in cooperation with the Academy of Social and Media Culture (Toruń, Poland).

2. Mobility Details

• Host university: Academy of Social and Media Culture
• Country: Poland
• Type of mobility: Staff mobility (training / job shadowing)
• Number of positions: 3
• Duration: 5 working days

3. Purpose and Content of Mobility

During the mobility, participants will:

• Get acquainted with the partner university’s activities
• Observe teaching processes and management systems
• Exchange experience (job shadowing)
• Explore opportunities for future academic cooperation

4. Requirements for Applicants

Applicants must:

• Be a full-time staff member of Kokand University
• Have a professional field relevant to the mobility area
• Have at least B2 level of English
• Submit a mobility plan
• Provide a recommendation letter from the head of department
• Experience in international projects is an advantage

6. Evaluation Criteria (Based on Regulations)

• Scientific and academic experience — 30 points
• Mobility plan — 25 points
• Language proficiency — 20 points
• Interview results — 15 points
• Participation in international projects — 10 points

7. Funding

The mobility is fully funded under the Erasmus+ ICM program:

• Travel expenses
• Accommodation and daily subsistence

8. Selection Procedure

The selection will be carried out in the following stages:

1. Document submission
2. Preliminary screening
3. Interview
4. Final evaluation and decision by the committee
