Academician Nurislom Tokhliyev from the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan at Kokand University

 During his visit, Academician Nurislom Tokhliyev held an open lecture session for students of the Faculty of Tourism and Economics. During the class, Nurislom Tokhliyev spoke in detail about the development patterns of the regional economy, its role in the country's socio-economic progress, as well as the interconnections between the tourism sector—especially pilgrimage tourism—and other branches of the economy.

 Furthermore, based on international experience, the academician shared his scientific views and practical conclusions on promising directions in tourism, the importance of regional economic policy in ensuring territorial competitiveness, and the role of science and education in the development of the sector.

 An engaging dialogue was organized with the faculty students during the open lesson, where they received not only theoretical knowledge but also important recommendations on conducting in-depth analytical approaches and scientific research in the field of tourism.

This meeting sparked great interest among the students and contributed to broadening their scientific outlook, enhancing their professional potential, and strengthening their preparedness for practical activities.
