The dissertation of Abdurahmon Abdulatif ugli Abduhamidov, Head of the HR Department of Kokand University, titled “Mechanisms for Improving the Labor Standardization System in Small Enterprises” (specialty 08.00.15 – Economics of Entrepreneurship and Small Business), was reviewed at a departmental discussion of the Department of International Tourism and Economics.

During the discussion, the relevance, scientific novelty, and practical significance of the research were comprehensively analyzed. In particular, issues such as the effective organization of labor in small enterprises, the improvement of labor standardization systems based on modern approaches, increasing labor productivity, and the rational use of resources were recognized as important scientific directions.

Members of the department put forward proposals and recommendations regarding the content of the dissertation. The potential for practical implementation of the research results was highly appreciated, and a decision was made to recommend the work for the next stages.
