Head of the Academic Affairs Department of Kokand University, Rasulov Xamidjon Yakubovich, has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics by the decision of the Presidium No. 384/1 of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated April 10, 2026.
