Within the framework of the Senior Experten Service (SES) program of the Federal Republic of Germany, an expert in the field of pedagogy, Dr. Werner Ramon Leyendecker, visited Kokand University and conducted an academic and training seminar.

The seminar was organized with the participation of the faculty members of the Department of Philology and was dedicated to the implementation of modern pedagogical technologies, the effective use of innovative approaches in the educational process, and improving the quality of teaching in the field of philology.

During the seminar, interactive teaching methods based on international experience, ways to develop students’ independent thinking, and the importance of effectively using digital tools in education were extensively discussed.

In addition, during the visit, the expert observed a foreign language lesson conducted for Economics students by the Acting Associate Professor (PhD) of the Department of Philology, Baxtiyorjon Kh. Omonov, and provided his practical recommendations.
