The University Stage of the State Scholarships Competition Held

On July 21-22, 2025, Kokand University hosted the university stage of the competition for the state scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other prestigious state scholarships for students. The competition featured talented students from our university who stood out for their excellent academic performance, scientific and creative potential, active participation in public activities, and innovative initiatives.

During the interview, the candidates demonstrated their knowledge and skills in the subjects of "The Modern History of Uzbekistan" and "Foreign Languages." In the foreign language section, participants were assessed on their ability to engage in free conversation, translation skills, ability to express thoughts, and vocabulary. In the history section, students' perspectives on current socio-economic issues, analytical thinking, and understanding of the ongoing reforms in the country were evaluated.

At the end of the competition, the most deserving candidates were selected and will be sent to the national stage. These state scholarships are among the most prestigious awards for higher education students, serving not only as financial incentives but also providing strong motivation for their academic research.
