A group of representatives from Kokand University visited the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature under the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. During the visit, a cooperation memorandum was signed between Kokand University and the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.

The memorandum aims to further strengthen bilateral literary and cultural ties. It also provides for the expansion of joint scientific research, collaborative projects, and academic cooperation between scholars and faculty members of both institutions.
