Within the framework of the Erasmus+ National Information Day, the Kokand University team participated in the event and, in accordance with the meeting agenda, delivered a presentation on the GreenCamUZ project. This event served as an important platform for introducing the project activities to the wider public.

According to the results of the 2025 call, with the participation of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan, six CBHE projects were selected as winners, four of which are coordinated by local universities. The selection of Kokand University as the coordinator of the GreenCamUZ project represents a great level of trust and responsibility.

During the event, important information was presented on the following topics:

• Erasmus+ 2026 call priorities,

• experience from ongoing and newly launched projects,

• practical recommendations for project proposal preparation,

• evaluation criteria with the participation of an EACEA expert from the European Union.

Information about the GreenCamUZ Project

The project aims to introduce environmental sustainability, green approaches, and modern practices into the higher education system of Uzbekistan and will be implemented during 2025–2028.
The total project budget amounts to EUR 359,682.44.

Within the framework of the GreenCamUZ project, leading higher education institutions from Uzbekistan, Türkiye, Lithuania, and Poland are cooperating.
