During the course, the student:

- analyzes the world market situation based on the comparison of international financial theories, understands and observes  their practical importance; learns classification and testing of international financial systems; distinguishes risks in the implementation of operations in international financial markets and develop proposals on this basis; knows and be able to use the assessment of financial and economic risks affecting the activities of international finance and international financial market participants (international economic organizations, international financial markets, transnational corporations);

- be able to analyze the problems in the field of international finance: current trends; acquires the necessary knowledge about the past history and the financial management system of international institutions, international economic organizations, foreign countries and transnational corporations and be able to use them in their activities; reasons for preferential trade agreements; has the skills to analyze the economic indicators of the Republic of Uzbekistan related to the international financial market;

 - learns the methods for identifying statistical errors based on the analysis of risks in the implementation of operations in the international financial markets; optimal solutions of international financial disputes and discrimination; the issues of ensuring the integration of Uzbekistan into the international financial and currency-credit markets. It is ensured that the student has the qualification to introduce the knowledge of the organization and management of activities of transnational corporations, international economic organizations, integration groups, and international financial institutions.

During the course, the student:

- learns the importance of audit on the scale of the economy and individual organizations, has a broad knowledge on the basic concepts and laws of audit, methods of audit analysis and be able to use them;

- acquires the ability to evaluate and analyze various systems of enterprises and organizations, to summarize and verify the available financial and other data and other skills;

- provides corporate management with knowledge of audit, internal and external audit, critical analysis of the company's assets and liabilities, risks and problems associated with audit activities, as well as training in the basic principles of drawing up audit opinions and reports.

 During the course, the student:

During the course, the student:

- acquires knowledge about the adoption of the basics of management accounting, management decisions, accounting data and their use, categorization and allocation of costs;

- forms the skill to be qualified in cost management, enterprise budgeting, labor cost management and overtime calculation, cost calculation, order settlement, process calculation, monitoring and evaluation of results, pricing and investment decision making;

- learns the use of account information in making management decisions, identification of factors affecting costs, cost estimation and management, development of internal business plan, development of information used for commercial purposes and storage from external users, thorough analysis of account information.It is ensured that he will have the ability to make the most unanimous decisions regarding the factors involved in business management, business planning and investment skills.

- acquires practical skills that allow developing recommendations for the creative application of the considered ideas and the content of the economic doctrine, the laws of economic development, the implementation mechanism and forms of manifestation in the development of the national economy and theoretical foundations of economic development;

- provides a comparative analysis of economic doctrines, ideas and scientific views, the formation of professional skills in determining the stages of economic development of countries, competence in determining economic doctrines, ideas and scientific views.

During the course, the student:

- learns the principles of accounting, the methods of accounting for income and expenses related to the activity of an economic entity, financial reporting indicators and their formation, obtains the necessary information for internal and external users from accounting and reports, and from them can use;

- should have presentation skills on collecting, processing, and summarizing preliminary documents in accounting, preparing accounting transactions and reflecting them in accounts, determining the turnover and balance of accounting accounts, and preparing accounting reports should have presentation skills;

- conducts scientific and practical research and organizes accounting and auditing activities in order to determine the ways of processing and evaluating internal accounting and reporting data for making effective management decisions. In order to determine the characteristics of accounting and the development trends of the report in other branches, it is ensured that the student has the qualification to conduct scientific and practical research and to organize and manage accounting and auditing activities.

- understands the importance, objective necessity and scientific-theoretical foundations of business law, the functions of the business law system and their correct use, the principles of the business law system and their importance in the correct organization of business law relations, knows the forms and functions of business law and be able to use them;

- be able to use the instruments and sources of business law, to analyze their impact on macroeconomic indicators, to know the methods of proper organization and management of the relations of the business law system, and to have the skills to develop ways of developing it through modernization;

- to have the skills in intellectual study of the ever-changing legal relations faced by various types of business activities, of the ability to manage various practice areas, including business transactions, commercial and judicial relations, tax, legal system and analytical skills, methodology is provided.

- acquires all the general information about the basics of marketing, the goals and tasks of marketing, their types, and the factors influencing buyers. The student fully absorbs knowledge on the formation, implementation and development of marketing;

- marketing has a big role in determining the needs and demands of the buyer, and in offering the necessary goods and services after studying the market situation. Students gain skills by analyzing marketing strategies and theories with the help of current situations and real cases in local and international markets;

- gains the qualification in applying the skills acquired in marketing development and formation, applying internationally recognized marketing theories (Michael Porter's Five, SWOT, GE matrix, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, PESTEL Analysis) and applying them to local and world markets.

- acquires important practical tools such as stock market and their trading processes, analysis of financial statements and credit processes, and information necessary to understand and manage financial market and organizational risks in a dynamic environment;

– many analytical methods with practical tools to help students understand the functioning of modern financial markets through descriptive concepts (securities in the financial market and their regulation, industry trends, industry characteristics, etc.) that are very important for financial management will be provided.

- learns international standard foundations of financial accounting, financial accounting of companies based on international standards;

- acquires the skills in preparation of reports based on economic facts of the company's economic funds and their sources, for internal and external users of the company, evaluation of doubtful receivables and creation of reserves, discounting of cash flows, development of investment opportunities using annuities;

- It is ensured that students gain the qualification on the development of information used for the purpose of investment attraction and presentation to investors and external users.

- currently, project management is being considered as a key element in industry, construction, hospitality, technology and many other industries. The student knows the importance of project management in industry and business and can use the general principles of project management;

 - many definitions can be found for the word project, but in this educational program, the student will get a clear understanding of the word project, understand the difference between a project and a process;

 – knows that a project is a set of unique processes with a beginning and an end that are performed by people to achieve defined goals within cost, schedule, and quality parameters;

 - should know that projects are goal-oriented, interrelated activities are coordinated, time-limited, and all are unique;

 - should have the ability to use project management methods and functions, management principles in the further development of the activities of various industrial enterprises, to make decisions based on the situation and control its implementation, to form a project management team in the management process and to apply their management in practice

- learns and be able to use the use of finance, production of goods and money relations, economic laws, concepts, categories, characteristics of market participants in regulating and stimulating the economy;

- must have the ability to understand the financial system and its functions, the links of the financial system;

- forms an idea about the socio-economic essence and theoretical and methodological foundations of market economy, money, finance, state finance and its branches. In addition, general study of banking, tax system and insurance activities are covered within the course. Ability to analyze the organization of money circulation in the market economy, to assess financial relations in the country is provided.

- learns the operations of commercial banks in the stock market and their goals, as well as how the work of banks can be coordinated in this market;
