Staff Mobility
The "Staff Mobility Program" is an international program that enables professors, lecturers, and administrative staff of Kokand University to teach, improve qualifications, and participate in seminars and trainings at partner universities abroad.
This program allows faculty members to gain international experience, learn new methodological approaches in their field, strengthen scientific ties with partner departments, and enhance the university's reputation internationally.
Program Goals
Ensure the participation of Kokand University faculty in international experience exchange
Learn and implement advanced foreign practices in the teaching process
Strengthen academic relations with partner universities
Enhance the language, pedagogical, and scientific potential of faculty members
