The teacher of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty of Education of Kokand University, Orziqulov Husniddin Tolkin, received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences.

This academic degree was presented based on the relevant decisions of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 365/1 of December 25, 2024 and the scientific council under the Tashkent State Pedagogical University.
