The new Constitution: ambiguities will be resolved in favor of the person

A meeting of the deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, Muhammad Valiyev, with the activists of our city's neighborhoods and school teachers was held at Kokan University.

In it, the deputy gave detailed information to the participants of the event about the norms defined in the updated Constitution.
As it was noted at the meeting, it is determined that all conflicts and ambiguities in the legislation that arise in the interaction of a person with state bodies will be interpreted in favor of a person. The deputy explained this norm based on examples.
