Distance learning students underwent a seminar-training!

A seminar-training on the topic "Management of Personnel Based on International Standards" was conducted for distance learning students at Kokand University.

Led by Rustamjon Matmusayev, the seminar-training provided students with essential knowledge and experiences on managing employees in business according to international standards, creating HR systems, and understanding the role of HR managers in the development of a company.
