Master class on "Front office" services

A practical lesson on front office management was held at the "Asr" hotel for the 2nd year students of the "Hotel and tourism management" course.

Students directly got acquainted with front office services, such as how to deal with customers at the reception, introduce and accommodate visitors to hotel rooms, and work in the e-guest system.
