The Staff Mobility Programme of Kokand University provides professors and administrative staff with the opportunity to conduct short-term teaching, training, and participation in seminars or workshops at partner universities abroad.

This programme allows university staff to gain international experience, explore innovative teaching methods, strengthen academic and research cooperation with partner institutions, and enhance the university’s global reputation.

Programme Objectives

• Facilitate participation of Kokand University faculty members in international academic exchanges;
• Learn and apply advanced foreign teaching methodologies;
• Strengthen academic partnerships with international universities;
• Enhance linguistic, pedagogical, and scientific competencies of academic staff.

1)   Gunadarma University (Indonesia)

Eligible participants: professors and lecturers from any department of Kokand University.
Duration: usually 1–2 weeks.
Recommended period: winter semester (January–February).

Requirements:
• Knowledge of English (no certificate required);
• Valid international passport;
• Recommendation letter from the Head of Department.

Activity type: teaching, delivering lectures, participating in seminars and training sessions.

Required documents:
• Copy of national and international passport;
• Recommendation letter from Head of Department;
• Academic CV;
• Teaching or Training Plan;
• Proof of language proficiency (interview or certificate);
• Application approved by the Faculty Dean.

2)   Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia (St. Petersburg)

Eligible participants: lecturers of Kokand University in the following fields:
• Primary Education
• Preschool Education
• Psychology
• Philology

Requirements:
• Knowledge of Russian language (at least B1 level);
• Valid international passport;
• Recommendation letter from the Head of Department.

Activity type: teaching, joint seminars, and methodological experience exchange.

Required documents:
• Copy of national and international passport;
• Recommendation letter from Head of Department;
• Academic CV;
• Teaching or Training Plan;
• Proof of language proficiency (interview or certificate);
• Application approved by the Faculty Dean.

3)   Lanzhou University (People’s Republic of China)

Eligible participants: professors and lecturers from all departments of Kokand University.
Duration: 1–2 weeks (based on mutual agreement).

Requirements:
• Knowledge of English (no certificate required);
• Valid international passport;
• Recommendation letter from the Head of Department.

Activity type: academic lectures, methodological trainings, and internships.

Required documents:
• Copy of national and international passport;
• Recommendation letter from Head of Department;
• Academic CV;
• Teaching or Training Plan;
• Proof of language proficiency (interview or certificate);
• Application approved by the Faculty Dean.
