ANNOUNCEMENT
Academic mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ ICM program (for staff)
Koqand University → Academy of Social and Media Culture, Toruń (Poland)

1. General information
A competition for academic mobility is announced at Koqand University in accordance with the “Regulations on the procedure for selecting students and staff within the framework of the Erasmus+ ICM program”.
This mobility is implemented in cooperation with the Polish Academy of Social and Media Culture (Toruń) within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 project.

2. Mobility details
• Host university: Academy of Social and Media Culture 
• Country: Poland
• Mobility type: Staff mobility (training / job shadowing) 
• Number of places: 3
• Duration: 5 working days

3. Purpose and content of mobility
During mobility, participants:
• get acquainted with the activities of the partner university
• observe the teaching processes and management system
• exchange experience (job shadowing) 
• explore opportunities for developing future academic cooperation

4. Requirements for candidates
The candidate:
• be a permanent employee of Kokand University
• the field of activity is compatible with the mobility direction
• know English at least at level B2
• submit a mobility plan
• have a letter of recommendation from the head of the department
• participation in international projects is an advantage

6. Evaluation criteria (based on the Regulations)
• Scientific and academic experience — 30 points
• Mobility plan — 25 points
• Language proficiency — 20 points
• Interview results — 15 points
• Activity in international projects — 10 points

7. Funding
Mobility is fully funded within the framework of the Erasmus+ ICM program:
• travel expenses
• living and daily expenses

8. Selection procedure
The selection is carried out in the following stages:
1. Acceptance of documents
2. Preliminary selection
3. Interview
4. Final evaluation and commission decision

• Selected candidates will be sent to the partner OTM as candidates
• Final approval will be provided by the host university
