The Tourism and Hospitality program is a program aimed at training qualified specialists who can effectively manage the tourism industry, hotel and restaurant management, tourist services, tourism product development and service delivery processes. During the training process, students master such subjects as tourism theory and practice, economic theory, digital technologies in tourism, standardization and certification in tourism and hospitality, hotel and restaurant management, regional tourism resources, tourism marketing, tourist destination management, international tourism, tourism innovations, tourism economics, tourism planning and policy, tourism products and the international tourism market. They also develop professional communication skills in foreign languages, use digital tools, and provide high-quality customer service. Graduates of the program will have the competencies to plan the activities of tourist enterprises and hotels, develop tourist destinations and itineraries, assess the quality of services, form and market tourist products, analyze customer needs, and conduct marketing research. They are prepared to manage material, financial and human resources of hotels, restaurants and tourism organizations, develop a business plan, implement new tourism projects and improve the efficiency of service provision. Professional activities cover organizational and managerial, service, information and analytical, scientific and research, and entrepreneurship.
