Faculty of Tourism and Economics tasks
The Faculty of Tourism and Economics is a structural unit of Kokand University’s management (organizational) structure. Its activities are aimed at teaching students in relevant educational fields and specialties, conducting the educational process in an integrated and harmonious manner, training scientific personnel, providing professional development and retraining, as well as coordinating the implementation of research projects within its departments.
The faculty integrates the educational and scientific laboratories of the departments related to its undergraduate and graduate programs, including the "International Tourism and Economics", "Digital Technologies and Mathematics", and "World Languages" departments.
The Faculty of Tourism and Economics offers bachelor's degree programs in the following fields: Economics (by industries and sectors), Finance and Financial Technologies, Management (by industries and sectors), Tourism (by activity areas), Computer Engineering (Computer Engineering, IT Services, Information Security, Multimedia Technologies), Foreign Language and Literature (English Language). At the master’s level, the faculty trains specialists in Economics (by industries and sectors) and Linguistics.
