• Organization of implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential Decrees and Orders, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training, decisions of the University Council, orders and assignments of the university rector;
• Organizing spiritual-educational and educational work at the university and ensuring the training of mature, well-qualified personnel;
• Development of methodical and modern means of information on explaining the nature of the law "On Education", "National Program of Personnel Training" and other laws on education and implementation of the tasks specified in them, their implementation provide;
